This opportunity sits within a growing product capability, where a Senior Product Manager will take ownership of shaping product vision, driving delivery, and leading multidisciplinary teams across high‐profile programmes.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Define and drive product vision across complex digital services
- Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering user‐centred solutions
- Shape roadmaps and manage prioritised backlogs
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align goals and delivery
- Influence product thinking across clients and internal teams
- Coach and mentor colleagues while building product capability
Your Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and translate this into clear roadmaps and deliverables
- Own and manage prioritised product backlogs and user stories
- Lead teams to deliver against client objectives and user needs
- Facilitate collaboration across design, engineering, and delivery
- Engage stakeholders to build alignment and drive decision‐making
- Lead workshops and product discussions across diverse audiences
- Balance user needs with constraints such as policy, security, and delivery timelines
- Support team performance by providing leadership and removing blockers
Key Requirements:
- Experience leading product delivery within agile environments
- Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and backlog management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across delivery environments
- Ability to drive decision‐making using data and evidence
- Experience balancing competing priorities and constraints
- Confident facilitating workshops and group sessions
- Strong understanding of user‐centred design principles
- Experience working across Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks
