Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 + 10% Bonus + shares

Candidates must be based outside of London area

A leading digital consultancy is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect to drive the design and delivery of innovative, scalable solutions that have a real-world impact. You will play a strategic leadership role in guiding architecture across complex programmes, mentoring teams, and engaging senior stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver high-quality architectural solutions for large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Guide agile delivery teams by clarifying business outcomes, technical constraints, and architectural priorities.
• Lead architectural discussions with senior stakeholders, defining strategic direction and design principles.
• Support and grow teams of architects and engineers through mentorship, coaching, and career development.
• Represent architecture within account teams, contributing to customer strategy, proposals, and delivery assurance.
• Champion technology standards, innovation, and knowledge-sharing across the organisation.
• Influence policies, frameworks, and technical strategy for long-term delivery success.
• Balance hands-on architectural support with strategic leadership across multiple programmes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end architecture for varied and complex technology deliveries.
• strong blue-chip consulting experience
• Ability to communicate architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly under tight deadlines.
• Proven success in designing and delivering modern, multi-tier software systems.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture and stakeholder negotiation.
• Skilled in balancing non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, and performance.
• Engineering background with hands-on understanding of software development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings.
• Commercial awareness and experience influencing project or product success.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop technical talent.
