💰 Up to £90,000 + 10% Bonus + Full Package
I’m working with a top-tier consultancy who are looking to hire a Manager-level ServiceNow Architect into their growing London team.
This role is ideal for someone who is either already operating at Architect level or stepping up from a Senior Consultant position, looking to take on more ownership across solution design and client engagement.
You’ll sit at the intersection of business and technology — translating complex requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while working closely with clients and delivery teams.
You’ll be:
- Designing and owning ServiceNow solutions across key modules
- Working closely with clients to shape requirements and roadmaps
- Supporting and leading delivery across implementations
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders and internal teams
- Contributing to best practice and architectural standards
What they’re looking for:
- Strong ServiceNow experience with architecture exposure
- Experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
- Confident in client-facing environments
- Consulting or complex delivery background preferred
