ServiceNow Developer / Architect – Associate Manager
📍 London (Hybrid)
💰 Up to £70,000 + 10% Bonus + Full Package
I’m partnered with a leading ServiceNow consultancy looking to hire an Associate Manager-level ServiceNow Architect — ideally suited to a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant looking to step into architecture.
This role is a genuine bridge between hands-on development and full solution ownership. You’ll still be close to the tech, but with increasing responsibility around design, architecture, and client interaction.
You’ll be working alongside experienced Architects on large-scale programmes, giving you the platform to develop into a fully-fledged Architect in a structured and well-supported environment.
You’ll be:
- Contributing to solution design across ServiceNow implementations
- Translating technical requirements into scalable platform solutions
- Working closely with Architects on end-to-end architecture decisions
- Remaining hands-on where needed (configuration, scripting, integrations)
- Engaging with clients in workshops and design discussions
What they’re looking for:
- Strong ServiceNow development experience (ideally at Senior level)
- Exposure to design/architecture or a clear desire to move into it
- Experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or CSM
- Good understanding of platform capabilities, integrations, and best practice
- Strong communication skills and client-facing potential
