Role: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location: London, Manchester or Edinburgh

Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 (Multiple grades)

A leading global professional services company serving clients in more than 100 countries is seeking experienced ServiceNow Technical Architects at Manager level. As the defining ServiceNow partner in the ecosystem, we're looking for talented individuals to work on the most exciting and complex projects globally.

About the Role

As a Manager-level Technical Architect, you'll provide leadership and technical design authority on critical ServiceNow programs for Fortune 500 clients. You'll unite industry and technology transformation expertise to deliver total enterprise reinvention, helping clients realize the value of AI and GenAI with ServiceNow.

What You'll Do

• Architect innovative system solutions that address complex business challenges
• Provide thought leadership and influence senior stakeholders on governance, program management, and technical decisions
• Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers, implementing quality standards and conducting architectural reviews
• Operate in a Technical Design Authority capacity as a trusted advisor
• Identify and pursue opportunities for additional client value
• Collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to drive business growth
• Stay at the forefront of ServiceNow capabilities and AI/GenAI innovations

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Expert knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Development & Technical Architecture
• Experience leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as technical manager and mentor (5+ years preferred)
• Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications
• Experience across 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g., ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM)
• Technical Design Authority experience with demonstrable trusted advisor capabilities
• Advanced scripting and integration skills: JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to obtain SC clearance

Desirable:

• Security Clearance (SC)
• Certified Technical Architect with ambition for Certified Master Architect
• Cloud migration experience
• GenAI experience
• ITILv4 or equivalent certification
