I’m working with a global consulting organisation expanding its SAP practice and looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead enterprise HR transformation programmes.

This is a senior role where you’ll shape end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions, working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams across complex implementations.

The role

• Lead the solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors programmes
• Focus on Employee Central and Time Management
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams and modules
• Support best practices, innovation and continuous improvement

What they’re looking for

• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central essential)
• Experience with Time Management
• 10+ years SAP experience
• Led or architected multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience
• Experience mentoring or leading consultants

• Salary up to £90,000
