It is architectural leadership, shaping enterprise outcomes, influencing C-level stakeholders, and defining long-term platform strategy across IT, operations, HR, and customer service domains.

The practice is also heavily investing in AI, automation, and multi-cloud integration as part of wider enterprise reinvention programmes.

What You Will Do

• Act as lead Technical Architect across major ServiceNow programmes.
• Operate as Design Authority, defining and enforcing architectural standards across multiple delivery streams.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across complex enterprise ServiceNow estates.
• Provide strategic advisory input to senior stakeholders, including CIO and enterprise architecture teams.
• Lead architecture governance, ensuring consistency, scalability, and engineering quality.
• Direct and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers and architects across engagements.
• Shape integration strategy between ServiceNow and enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Drive platform roadmap decisions and identify opportunities for ServiceNow expansion across the enterprise.
• Contribute to account growth, solution shaping, and pre-sales technical leadership where required.
• Influence internal architectural frameworks and delivery methodologies across the ServiceNow practice.

What They Are Looking For

• Expert-level ServiceNow development and technical architecture experience.
• Proven track record operating as a Technical Design Authority in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow development teams over 5+ years.
• Strong hands-on understanding of ServiceNow across multiple modules beyond ITSM (at least three), such as ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Advanced technical capability in JavaScript, SQL, and API-based integrations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong consulting background within enterprise software or major systems integrators.
• Certified Technical Architect (or actively progressing toward Certified Master Architect).

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering cloud migration programmes.
• ServiceNow CIS certifications.
• Exposure to GenAI or AI-driven ServiceNow implementations.
• ITIL v4 certification or equivalent service management qualification.
• SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance.
