Location: London, Manchester or Edinburgh

• Associate Manager: Up to £75,000 + bonus + benefits
• Manager: £78,000 – £85,000 + £4,500 car allowance + bonus + benefits

About the Role

Our client is a global consulting and technology organisation with one of the most mature and well-established ServiceNow practices in the market. They deliver complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes across IT, HR, customer and operational workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of hands-on engineering and technical leadership. You will still be actively involved in development and solution delivery, but with clear responsibility for shaping designs, leading workstreams, and influencing both clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple enterprise programmes
• Remaining hands-on with configuration, customisation, and platform development where needed
• Leading technical workstreams and taking ownership of delivery quality and outcomes
• Contributing to and owning elements of solution architecture and technical design
• Building and overseeing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Driving engineering standards through code reviews, governance, and best practice
• Engaging directly with clients to shape requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and developers within the team

What They’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development background (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience delivering in enterprise or consulting environments
• Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, HAM/SAM)
• Solid JavaScript and API integration experience
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ability to contribute to technical design and step into architecture responsibilities
• Leadership capability or clear progression toward leading teams/workstreams
• Minimum of 5 ServiceNow CIS certifications
• SC clearance eligibility required

At Associate Manager level, the focus is on deep hands-on delivery with growing design and leadership responsibility.

At Manager level, the expectation shifts toward owning technical delivery, leading teams, and driving architecture decisions, while still remaining close enough to the tech to guide effectively.
