Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3-4 days per week on-site
The Opportunity:
A leading defence company is seeking a dedicated Test Development Engineer specializing in circuit card electronic testing. This role offers involvement from concept design through to series production and in-service support of complex defence products.
What You Will Do as a Test Development Engineer:

• Develop test programmes and procedures for circuit card testing during production
• Support design verification and production validation activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test requirements are met
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and tools
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and documentation control

What We Look For:

• Experience in test development for electronic circuit cards or similar hardware
• Strong technical understanding of electronic test equipment and methods
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant technical qualification or engineering degree
