Rare opportunity to join a dynamic and progressive provider of cloud based technology solution who offer hosted VOIP solutions integrated with Microsoft Teams, this global unified communications company work with leading telephony brands in partnership and are looking for an experienced Support Engineer.

Currently this opportunity is for an experienced Support Engineer to join the technical team at the business. The IT Engineer will provide a new and key function within the  mentioned technology team. The engineer will work with the Infrastructure and development technology to determine aspects of applications that should be monitored, alerts to be raised and what solution or automation should be put in place to resolve any issues and manage capacity planning.

Applicants skills required for support engineer  should include:

  1. strong verbal and written communication.
  2. commercial experience of automation tooling and best practice
  3. knowledge of contemporary monitoring, analytic tooling and best practice.
  4. Experience with Automation and orchestration platforms
  5. experience working large scale, 24/7 enterprise where system uptime and stability is key.
  6. expertise in multiple platforms linux and Azure Paas ( App service, SQL etc).
  7. Understand Real time voice traffic, including SIP and RTP; ability to follow SIP traces as part of fault diagnosis
  8. Microsoft teams experience and understanding.

This Engineer role is an immediate start, anyone with relevant skills and experience should apply immediately, interviews immediate with a January Start date ideally.
