We support our clients with global capabilities that improve employee health, wellbeing, and resilience. Work with some of the UK's and the world's most prominent companies to help them better understand and improve their workforce's health and wellbeing, delivering impactful outcomes for their organizations.

This role is based in our London office with flexible 'hybrid' working options, including home, office, and client sites.

• Reporting to business leaders on revenue growth and ensuring financial targets are met

The Client Director role in the Client Digital Solutions team offers the chance to work with innovative technology for top clients in a flexible environment that allows you to bring your best to the role.

We seek a candidate with excellent client relationship skills, comfortable working towards and exceeding financial targets. Experience in employee benefits is preferred, though benefits technology experience is not mandatory. You should operate effectively at a senior level, thrive under deadlines, and work well with multiple stakeholders in a team environment.
