Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong experience with troubleshooting and resolving MAC issues. You’ll be given opportunity to achieve professional certifications within your first 6 months!
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line Mac support
- Troubleshoot and resolve Mac issues
- Deliver outstanding customer service through your technical expertise
- Manage and support device and identify platforms including Addigy, Jamf, JumpCloud or Okta
- Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support where required
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes and processes
- Continue to self-development and learning, as well as improvement of IT processes and user experience
Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Mac devices and MacOS environments
- Proven 1st/2nd line Mac experience is essential
- Experience with Addigy, Jamf, JumpCloud or Okta
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proactive team player
