Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong experience with troubleshooting and resolving MAC issues. You’ll be given opportunity to achieve professional certifications within your first 6 months!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line Mac support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Mac issues
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through your technical expertise
  • Manage and support device and identify platforms including Addigy, Jamf, JumpCloud or Okta
  • Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support where required
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes and processes
  • Continue to self-development and learning, as well as improvement of IT processes and user experience

Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Mac devices and MacOS environments
  • Proven 1st/2nd line Mac experience is essential
  • Experience with Addigy, Jamf, JumpCloud or Okta
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive team player
