Business Development Manager (MSP)
We’re partnering with a well-established Managed Services Provider to hire a Business Development Manager focused on winning and growing high-value client relationships.
This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role—ideal for someone who understands how to position IT and managed services as strategic, long-term solutions rather than quick transactions.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for generating new business and developing opportunities across sectors such as creative, media, production and professional services. Working closely with technical teams, you’ll shape solutions, deliver compelling proposals, and guide deals through to close.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Engage senior stakeholders and uncover operational & security challenges
- Sell managed IT services, cloud, security and support solutions
- Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with technical specialists
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Support growth within existing client accounts
- Proven track record in B2B technology or managed services sales
- Experience selling recurring services (MSP, SaaS, cloud, cyber security)
- Strong consultative approach with excellent communication skills
- Commercially aware and confident managing deals end-to-end
- Self-motivated with the ability to build pipeline independently
- Experience within creative, media or production sectors
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or endpoint/security solutions
- Understanding of SME or mid-market client environments
