Global Product Marketing Manager
Our client is a fast-growing international software business seeking an experienced Global Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of ERP and industry-focused software solutions across the UK, US and European markets.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a commercially minded product marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, sales and customer insight. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping market positioning, driving product launches, enabling sales teams and delivering measurable revenue growth across multiple regions.
The Opportunity
As Global Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy for a suite of ERP and operational software products. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams, you'll transform product innovation into compelling customer propositions, impactful campaigns and tangible commercial outcomes.
This is not a people-management-heavy position. Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in every aspect of product marketing execution—from messaging and launch planning to content creation, competitive analysis and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Positioning
- Define and execute global go-to-market strategies across the software portfolio.
- Develop compelling messaging, positioning and value propositions tailored to target industries, buyer personas and regional markets.
- Translate product roadmaps and innovation initiatives into market-ready launches and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent product positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints and geographies.
Product Launches & Campaign Execution
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, events and account-based marketing channels.
- Manage launch timelines, governance and cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful global product releases.
- Create and deliver launch plans with clear objectives, success metrics and adoption targets.
Sales Enablement
- Equip sales and account growth teams with the tools, messaging and training needed to win business and drive cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop sales decks, battle cards, demonstration materials, case studies and customer success stories.
- Support value-based selling through compelling customer-focused narratives.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Lead competitor analysis, market research and win/loss reviews.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen differentiation, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Use customer insight and voice-of-customer feedback to shape propositions and marketing activity.
Data-Driven Marketing
- Leverage first-party data, analytics and AI-driven techniques to improve audience targeting, segmentation and campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign, funnel and pipeline performance using CRM, marketing automation and business intelligence tools.
- Connect marketing activity directly to commercial outcomes, pipeline growth and revenue contribution.
About You
We're looking for a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and a proven track record in B2B software marketing.
Essential Experience
- Demonstrable experience in B2B SaaS and/or ERP product marketing.
- Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Experience managing end-to-end product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of positioning frameworks, buyer journeys and value-based selling.
- Experience marketing across international markets, ideally including the UK, US and Europe.
- Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical capability with confidence using data to drive decisions.
- Comfortable operating in a highly hands-on role with multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with ERP software or related sectors
- Exposure to multi-product portfolios and cross-sell growth strategies.
- Experience using AI tools and data-led marketing techniques to improve efficiency and performance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4 and Power BI.
- Experience with sales enablement and content creation platforms.
