Remote (Midlands – North region, with travel to meetings)

£40,000 - £47,000 (Plus bonus and car allowance)

Our client is seeking a dynamic, experienced IT Solutions Consultant to join their growing team. You will have the flexibility of this role being remote, along with an excellent package. In this role you would work closely with the Sales and Account management teams to build and present software demos, to ensure they meet customer requirements. You will be responsible for specialising in ERP solutions, stock management and product ordering system that help their customers streamline operations, improve efficiency and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build demonstrations, webinars, presentations and documentation and to enhance core demonstration capabilities with the ERP GO Sales team
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and training to end users
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless integration of solutions
• Attend Business Discovery sessions and workshops with customers and prospects to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs and documenting outcomes
• Ensuring any latest developments are built into demonstrations and work closely with the product teams

Skills:

• Proven experience in ERP implementation and support
• Strong understanding of stock ordering, supply chain or builders merchant operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
• Outstanding communication skills and client-facing skills
• Previous experience of a presales environment
