The Role

This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small business environment. As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office while supporting both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Supporting finance tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Assisting with procurement of office supplies and IT equipment
  • Providing general support to the technical and management teams

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
