- Contract Project Manager – Global Transformation Programme - must have proven experience leading international projects within Sales Change initiatives, Business process reengineering, etc
- Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional travel to key sites

- Reporting Line: North America (Global Leadership Team)
We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact, multinational transformation initiatives for a global organisation.
This is a pivotal role focused on driving complex change programmes across multiple regions, with particular emphasis on sales organisation transformation, sales enablement, business process reengineering, and human capital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multinational change programmes
- Drive transformation across sales organisations, including enablement strategies and operating model redesign
- Oversee business process reengineering initiatives to improve efficiency and performance
- Partner with HR and leadership teams on human capital and organisational change projects
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships, including regular engagement with VP-level leaders across global functions
- Ensure alignment between regional teams and North American leadership
- Facilitate workshops and on-site sessions at key locations as required
- Deliver projects to time, budget, and quality standards
- Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering global transformation programmes with strong experience in leading international projects such as: Sales organisation transformation / sales enablement, Business process reengineering and Human capital / organisational change initiatives
- Experience working within multinational environments with distributed teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at VP level and above
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global reporting structure
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining strong global collaboration
- Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops and key programme milestones
- A confident, credible leader who can engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- A proactive problem-solver with strong delivery focus
