The Role

As the Contract Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projects from initiation through to successful completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks and status reports.
  • Coordinate internal technical, product and support teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Facilitate customer workshops, project meetings and steering committees.
  • Manage project scope, dependencies and change requests.
  • Support data migration, integration and testing activities.
  • Work with technical teams to understand API-based integrations and communicate requirements with customers.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience delivering SaaS software implementation projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer-facing project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • A solid understanding of project governance, planning and risk management.
  • A basic understanding of APIs and software integrations. You won't be expected to write code, but you'll need to understand how systems communicate and be comfortable discussing integration requirements with technical teams and customers.
  • Experience working within the UK automotive aftermarket is highly desirable, with an understanding of the sector's systems, processes and operational challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience
  • Software implementation or Professional Services environment.
  • ERP, catalogue, workshop management or automotive software solutions.
  • Data migration and system integration projects.
  • Agile and/or Prince2 project delivery methodologies.
