Project Manager
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Project Manager with a strong background in business process transformation, organisation change and the integration of separate businesses. You will lead high-impact projects that optimise business processes, drive operational efficiency and enable successful integration of teams, functions and ways of working across international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of process-focused projects including business integration, operating model changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyse and map existing business processes across multiple regions, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardisation and optimisation
- Coordinate and align business units during mergers, acquisitions, or internal restructuring to ensure smooth process and cultural integration
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to define future-state processes and ensure shared understanding across geographies
- Oversee the implementation of new or improved business processes, including communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and change impact analysis
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of process improvements
- Work closely with functional leaders
- Foster collaboration across diverse teams and ensure cultural sensitivity in the design and rollout of global process initiatives
Skills:
- Proven experience in integration of separate businesses
- Strong experience in project management or business transformation, ideally in international or matrixed organisations
- Expertise in business process improvement, integration of operations, and organisational change
- Proven success managing projects focused on operating model changes, functional alignment, or cross-border process harmonisation
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies for process optimisation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving capabilities, with a structured approach to driving change in complex environments
- Experience working on integration projects post-merger or organisational restructuring
- Background in consulting or internal transformation roles in large, international businesses
- Demonstrated ability to lead non-technical, people- and process-driven projects across cultural and geographic boundaries
If you have strong Project Manager skills and proven experience in integrating separate businesses, this could be the contract for you! This is based on a 6 month contract. You will have the flexibility to work remotely, along with career growth and development opportunities in a global organisation.
Due to the number of applications, we can only respond to candidates matching the required skills and experience.
