SaaS Project Manager

Working closely with customers, internal delivery teams and senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for leading several software implementation projects at any one time. You'll coordinate resources, manage project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure customers receive an exceptional implementation experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication will be key, balancing customer expectations with internal priorities whilst ensuring projects remain on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
• Lead project planning, scheduling and governance activities.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and act as the primary point of contact throughout implementation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering groups.
• Work closely with Professional Services, Product, Support and Development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Produce regular project status reports for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and project delivery standards.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering software implementation projects within a SaaS organisation.
• Experience managing multiple client-facing implementation projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Experience managing project risks, budgets, resources and timelines.
• Comfortable working within fast-paced, customer-focused software businesses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects through to completion.

Desirable

• Experience delivering ERP, CRM, Field Service Management, Construction, Finance or other enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Agile and/or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project.
