Digital Analyst

Our client is a high-growth direct-to-consumer ecommerce business that has built a portfolio of successful consumer brands and a loyal customer base across multiple international markets.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Analyse website performance, customer behaviour and ecommerce journeys
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting and insights using SQL and BI tools
  • Measure conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience
  • Deliver insight into customer acquisition, retention, subscriptions and repurchase behaviour
  • Evaluate the impact of digital initiatives, testing programmes and new technologies
  • Support platform migrations and digital transformation projects
  • Segment performance across products, categories, customers and channels
  • Partner with ecommerce, product and marketing teams to deliver actionable recommendations

Your Experience

  • Experience working within a DTC, ecommerce or digital business
  • Strong SQL skills and experience analysing complex datasets
  • Experience using BI and visualisation tools
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion funnels and ecommerce metrics
  • Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations
  • Experience partnering with product, ecommerce, digital or marketing stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

Compensation

  • Up to £53,000 + Bonus + Benefits
  • Hybrid or remote working available (based on candidate preference)
