Apex are supporting a fast-growing UK proptech company modernising the lettings industry with smart, end-to-end digital solutions. They are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the team in their Edinburgh office. Trusted by over 1,000 agents, They simplify the entire rental journey, saving their customers time, reducing admin, and driving better results through innovation.
We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager with at least one year’s experience to lead and deliver impactful, data-driven and marketing projects. You’ll take ownership of multiple initiatives, turning insights into clear actions that drive results. Working closely with both technical and non-technical teams, you’ll manage stakeholders, keep projects on track, and play a key role in delivering successful B2B and/or B2C campaigns.

Requirements for the Junior Project Manager
- Minimum of one years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Experience working with data reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel,
- Strong understanding of data reporting tools and the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
- Experience delivering marketing projects across B2B and/or B2C campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively
- Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
- Confident working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
