Cyber Security Sales Specialist
Location: UK-based, hybrid/remote
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 basic + commission/bonus
A fast-growing cyber security business is looking for an experienced sales professional to drive new business growth across UK clients. This is a commercial role with real scope to shape pipeline, build relationships, and take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
You will be working with organisations that need practical cyber security solutions, so the ability to understand technical services, speak credibly with senior stakeholders, and translate business need into commercial value is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Work closely with internal technical teams to position services effectively.
- Deliver against individual revenue and pipeline targets.
- Keep CRM records accurate and maintain clear sales forecasting.
- Represent the business professionally in meetings, networking, and industry events.
About you
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within cyber security, IT services, SaaS, managed services, or technical solutions.
- Strong new business capability with a track record of winning and growing accounts.
- Comfortable selling into technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and able to work with pace.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A good understanding of cyber security services, threats, or compliance drivers would be an advantage.
