Role Overview
We are seeking a temporary Team Assistant and Office Manager for an Operations team in London. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resilient business support professional who brings positive energy and effectiveness to the team. This role involves delivering support across a wide range of functional areas, including travel management, event coordination, and office management within a fast-paced, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic calendar management, time planning support, and meeting logistics for managers and the team.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including creating detailed itineraries and managing logistics across different time zones.
- Oversee office management duties to maintain a dynamic team environment and contribute to an exceptional employee experience.
- Manage resources, including expense management, supply management, and budget tracking, ensuring policy compliance.
- Plan and coordinate events in collaboration with the wider team, taking responsibility for event outcomes.
- Provide project management support, balancing multiple projects, and ensuring executional and operational excellence.
- Support team management activities, including recruitment facilitation, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Drive cross-functional communication and liaise between executives, central teams, and other business partners to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling, travel management, and administration for executive-level management.
