Job Title: ICT Engineer

Location: London, UK

Shift: Standard 40 hour M-F

Duration: 6 months with strong chance of contract extension

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Cabling Infrastructure Design Engineer / Consultant responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions and Physical Infrastructure, inclusive of Telecommunications rooms/spaces. They combine expertise in telecommunications, networking, and information systems to create technical design documentation throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design administration through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ICT infrastructure solutions including networks systems
• Create detailed technical specifications and drawings for ICT projects
• Perform site surveys and technical feasibility studies
• Develop network topology and architecture designs
• Configure and optimize communication systems and networks
• Ensure designs comply with technical standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance
• Create documentation for implementations and maintenance procedures
• Conduct technical risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies
