Motion Designer

Job Title:  Motion Designer
Location:  Swansea, UK/remote
Shift:  24 hours - 3 days/week (Mon-Wed)
Duration: 24 Months
 
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
This role will work closely with the design team, bringing static imagery and product concepts to life through engaging motion design. The Motion Designer will create animations, product walkthroughs, and brand-aligned video assets that simplify complex workflows like multi-channel shipping, inventory management, and reporting, helping sellers quickly understand the company’s value.
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of UI and product animations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate feedback into high-quality creative quickly. This role offers the opportunity to shape how sellers experience the brand and product, working directly with designers on high-visibility campaigns, product launches, and educational content.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Motion design experience – 3 years
•    Attention to detail - Proven experience with complex UI elements
•    Communication skills – ability to collaborate effectively with designers and translate feedback into execution
