We are looking for a methodical and proactive Project Coordinator to join our PMO team. In this role, you will support global installations, coordinate smaller BAU deployments, and work closely with project managers and in-country partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This is a full-time, office-based role with flexible working opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain project structures following standard methodology (Prince 2).

  • Process orders with in-country partners and align with customer installation requirements.

  • Coordinate smaller ad hoc BAU projects and day-to-day project administration.

  • Communicate confidently with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Track project costs, update service management systems, and maintain accurate asset data.

  • Prepare and circulate progress reports, notes, and updates.

  • Monitor RAID actions and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Collaborate with teams across the business to allocate resources and meet deadlines.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role is fully remote and home-based. Attendance at our offices is required periodically for team meetings and training.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration.

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (formulas, charts, data validation, conditional formatting).

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work at pace, prioritise workload, and meet strict deadlines.

  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and flexible approach.

  • Team player who can take direction and collaborate effectively.

  • German or French language skills are desirable but not essential.
