As part of HP Inc., we combine innovation, technology, and customer experience to shape the future of work.This role is based within our custom-built repair centre in Guernsey, where you will gain hands-on experience supporting PC deployments, hardware repairs, imaging, and device configuration across a variety of customer environments.You do not need years of experience. What matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity, reliability, and a real interest in technology.What you will be doing:Supporting the setup, imaging, deployment, and repair of PCs and workstationsConfiguring Windows operating systems and applicationsAssisting with hardware diagnostics, repairs, and rebuildsDelivering and installing hardware across States of Guernsey sitesTroubleshooting deployment and imaging issuesMaintaining accurate records and asset informationWorking closely with internal teams and third-party IT providersHelping maintain a professional and organised repair environmentHours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday - hours to be agreed locally.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A strong interest in IT hardware and troubleshootingBasic understanding of Windows operating systems and PC componentsGood communication and problem-solving skillsA willingness to learn and develop technical skillsSomeone who works well independently and within a teamA full driving licence and access to a vehicleExperience with tools such as Intune, SCCM, or MDT would be useful, but it is not essential.
