The role offers a unique opportunity to influence cloud strategy, lead high-impact collaboration programs and drive significant business outcomes.Orchestrate AWS Professional Services relationships at a global leadership levelEnable and foster collaboration between EPAM Business Leaders and AWS ProServe LeadersOversee and manage AWS ProServe stakeholder engagement to promote business growthSupport the full lifecycle of AWS-related opportunities, from intake to delivery oversightLead the AWS Partner Programs Center of Excellence and serve as the senior SME for partner funding benefitsDesign and implement processes and tools to ensure operational efficiency and complianceCollaborate with AWS teams to align funding strategies and resolve challengesAdvise clients on AWS project funding, build business cases and guide funding program navigationSupport the development and go-to-market strategy of AWS-based technology offeringsCreate enablement materials and monitor campaign effectivenessStrong understanding of the AWS ecosystem7+ years of experience in the GSI/CSP ecosystemDemonstrated ability to grow cloud business with professional services or ISV partnersAI-first mindset for daily productivityExpertise in cloud migration, modernization and application development services5+ years of experience with major cloud providers (AWS focus preferred)Executive relationship management and strategic sales pursuit skillsHigh-level technology awareness and business acumenKnowledge of cloud professional services capabilities and market offeringsProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and related toolsExperience engaging with Fortune 1000 customersAWS certificationBackground in software development or systems engineeringExposure to multiple cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, OCI)
