Since 2001, MetricStream has empowered organizations to intuitively harness front-line intelligence that enables all stakeholders to make real-time risk-aware business decisions.Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst – MetricStream Global Solutions TeamLocation: LondonRole Overview The Business Analyst serves as the bridge between client stakeholders and the MetricStream implementation team, ensuring that customer requirements are accurately captured, translated into functional configurations, and delivered successfully within the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) platform.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & RequirementsConduct discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather business and functional requirementsDocument current-state processes and map them to MetricStream's capabilities (controls, risks, audits, issues, certifications, etc.)Develop Functional Specifications, Best Practices, Lessons Learnt and process flow diagramsIdentify gaps between client needs and out-of-the-box MetricStream functionality and propose solutionsImplementation & Configuration SupportWork closely with technical consultants to translate requirements into platform configurationsSupport data migration activities including legacy data mapping, template preparation, and validationAssist in creating and reviewing test cases for UAT (User Acceptance Testing)Facilitate UAT sessions and track defect resolution through to closureProject DeliveryCollaborate with Project Managers to track milestones, risks, and deliverablesMaintain project documentation including meeting notes, action items, and status reportsSupport change management activities including training material development and end-user walkthroughsStakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for functional queries during implementationManage client expectations and escalate issues appropriatelyBuild trusted relationships with client business and IT teamsSkills and ExperienceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field8-10 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or GRC-related implementationsFamiliarity with GRC concepts such as SOX compliance, internal controls, risk management, audit management, or regulatory complianceStrong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, and functional writingProficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with MetricStream or similar GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, SAP GRC)Exposure to enterprise clients in industries like banking, financial services, healthcare, or technologyUnderstanding of Agile and waterfall project delivery methodologiesCertifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or any GRC-related certification (e.g., CISA, CRISC) are a plusKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams across concurrent projectsCollaborative team player who can also work independently Attention to detail with a client-first attitudeMetricStream is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
