Change Manager - ICAM
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Program Change Manager with proven experience leading large‐scale, complex change initiatives within the Defense environment. Experience in Identify Credential Access Management (ICAM) is highly desirable. This role is responsible for designing, leading and embedding sustainable change across complex programs, ensuring that business, operational, cultural and behavioral change is effectively adopted and benefits are realized.Candidates will demonstrate depth and breadth of experience across the end‐to‐end change lifecycle, including:Program‐level change strategy development and execution aligned to business objectivesStakeholder engagement and change impact management across customer, supplier and internal teamsMobilization of change activities during program start‐up and transition phasesResponsibilities:Lead the program‐level change management strategy, aligned to delivery, commercial and customer objectivesAssess and manage change impacts across people, processes, technology and operating modelsDevelop and execute change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption activitiesProvide change leadership across multi‐disciplinary and geographically dispersed teamsPartner with Senior Program Manager and Technical Leads to integrate change into delivery plansSupport recovery and transformation initiatives for complex or at‐risk programsEstablish and track change adoption and benefits realization metricsEngage with customers and suppliers to ensure change is understood and embeddedContribute to internal and external reporting at weekly, monthly and quarterly forumsIdentify, manage and mitigate change‐related risks and dependenciesCreate and maintain comprehensive change documentation and artefactsAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on change readiness, adoption and sustainabilityBasic Requirements: DoD Top Secret ClearanceMinimum bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university8 years of Change Management experienceA proven track record delivering program‐scale change in complex environmentsStrong experience in change management methodologiesExperience working alongside Agile and Waterfall delivery modelsExcellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior and customer levelAbility to operate across business, technical and operational communitiesStrong analytical capability, with experience assessing change, impact and readinessExperience supporting transformation, recovery or large‐scale transition initiativesLine management or functional leadership experience (desirable)Preferred Requirements:Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.Understanding of agile software development, enterprise service operations, sustainment, support, and integration, ICAM/IdAM, and Zero Trust.Relevant certification in Change Management, Agile or equivalentIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
