Up to 125000.00 per annumLondonPermanentEnterprise Data ArchitectGlobal Professional Services FirmLocation: LondonWorking: HybridSalary: Up to 125,000 + benefitsThe RoleAn exciting opportunity to join a global organisation undergoing a significant transformation across Data, AI and enterprise architecture.You'll take ownership of the enterprise data architecture strategy, leading the design of a modern Azure-based data platform while shaping how data products, governance and AI capabilities are embedded across the business.This is a leadership role with line management responsibility for two Data Architects, working closely with Architecture, Engineering, Data and AI teams to deliver a scalable, governed data ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the enterprise data architecture strategy and roadmapLead the design of modern Azure lakehouse and data platform architecturesShape and embed enterprise data governance, modelling and architecture standardsDrive the adoption of a data product operating model across the organisationPartner with Data, AI, Engineering and Enterprise Architecture teams on strategic initiativesProvide architecture governance and technical leadership across data and AI programmesLead and mentor a team of Data ArchitectsEnsure enterprise data platforms are scalable, secure and AI-readyKey RequirementsExtensive experience as an Enterprise Data Architect within large, complex organisationsPrevious line management or leadership experienceStrong Azure data platform expertise, including Azure DatabricksExperience designing modern lakehouse and enterprise data architecturesStrong understanding of data governance, metadata, MDM and enterprise data modellingExperience supporting AI/ML initiatives and modern AI data platformsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working within enterprise architecture frameworks and collaborating across multiple architecture disciplines This is an excellent opportunity to lead enterprise-wide data architecture within a business making significant investment in modern data platforms and AI.No sponsorship available.Get in touch for more details - ncarolan@mcgregor-boyall.comMcGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
