This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI applications, contribute to production-grade platforms and collaborate with skilled professionals in a highly innovative environment.The role offers exposure to emerging technologies, significant learning opportunities and the chance to influence both technical delivery and broader business initiatives.The RoleAs a Full Stack Engineer, you will:Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop Generative AI proof-of-concepts using technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents.Scale successful proof-of-concepts into robust, production-ready solutions.Design and develop full stack applications across both AI-driven and traditional software projects.Support the development of infrastructure that enables secure, scalable and reliable end-to-end solutions.Explore emerging technologies and apply new innovations to real-world challenges.Share knowledge across the team through coaching, mentoring and technical guidance.Additional OpportunitiesBusiness DevelopmentYou will have the opportunity to:Lead or contribute to proposals, bids, RFP responses and customer presentations.Help develop new service offerings and innovative solutions.Participate in customer engagement and business development activities.Internal InitiativesYou may also contribute to:Internal campaigns, thought leadership activities and whitepaper development.Recruitment, team-building initiatives and practice operations.The evolution of technical capabilities, services and offerings.Learning & DevelopmentThe organisation is committed to continuous professional growth, offering:Access to training and industry-recognised certifications.Opportunities to develop expertise in emerging technologies and high-demand areas, including Generative AI.A collaborative environment that supports ongoing learning and career progression.Skills & ExperienceEligibilityMust hold active SC (Security Check) Clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain this level of clearance.Technical ExpertiseBackend DevelopmentExperience building microservices using Python with FastAPI, TypeScript with Express, or equivalent technologies.Frontend DevelopmentExperience developing React applications using TypeScript.Familiarity with frameworks such as Next.js, Vite, or similar.Generative AI TechnologiesExperience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Vercel AI, or equivalent tools.Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, or similar.Familiarity with tools that support local or hosted model deployment.Cloud & InfrastructureProficiency in AWS or Azure for application hosting and deployment.Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Docker Compose.Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.Experience with CI/CD platforms including GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar.Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools for AI applications and services.Database TechnologiesExperience with vector databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone, PGVector, Qdrant, MongoDB, or similar solutions.Familiarity with NoSQL databases.Experience working with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL or equivalent.Version ControlStrong experience using Git and modern version control platforms.Working PracticesExperience working within Agile delivery environments.Communication SkillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.Why Apply This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where innovation, collaboration and professional growth are central to success.
