IT Procurement Category Manager

About The Role:Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IT Procurement professional to join the OCS Indirect Procurement Team.With an aggressive growth strategy both through organic and acquisitions, this is an exciting time to join OCS.Key Responsibilities:Create a category strategy for long term planning, negotiation, and compliance.Highlighting risks and issues with current contracts, identifying and implementing improvements.Manage and implement SLAs and KPIs with suppliers to drive supplier performance.Regular supplier engagement and management, building strategic, value-adding relationships.Managing and running end-to-end sourcing activities and supporting the Head of Indirect Procurement in high-risk/value opportunities.About You:Have a broad IT skills base, experience in SaaS solutions, Networks, and Telecoms would be useful.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and C suiteAdvise on the sourcing strategy, and be accountable for end to end strategic sourcing process.Understand supplier markets relating to Technology and through this bring knowledge, innovation and opportunity to deliver commercial advantage to OCSGood communication and influencing skills.Results-driven with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.Delivering cost reduction through procurement activities as well as mitigating inflation to improve EBITDA performance.Experience in SRM.
