You’ll work with senior technology leaders to establish standards, guide major transformation programmes and help modernise platforms across cloud and on-premise environments.If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, influencing architectural direction and enabling engineering teams to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be doingYou’ll act as the architectural authority across enterprise infrastructure, including:Defining infrastructure architecture, principles, standards and technology roadmapsShaping Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 strategy across a complex global environmentLeading architecture for hybrid cloud, identity, security and resilienceSupporting large-scale migration and modernisation programmesDriving Infrastructure as Code, automation and platform engineering best practicesProviding architectural governance across cloud and on-premises platformsHelping shape approaches to AI-enabled infrastructure, Microsoft Copilot and emerging Microsoft technologiesInfluencing cloud cost optimisation (FinOps), operational efficiency and long-term technology strategyWorking closely with engineering, cyber security and enterprise applications teams to deliver scalable, secure platformsWe’re interested in hearing from people who have experience with some of the following:Enterprise infrastructure architecture within complex organisationsMicrosoft Azure and Microsoft 365Hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructureIdentity and access management (Entra ID / Azure AD)Infrastructure governance, standards and architectural assuranceCloud migration and transformation programmesInfrastructure automation using Terraform, Bicep or ARMBusiness continuity, disaster recovery and resilience planningWorking with enterprise platforms including Dynamics 365 and Power PlatformProfessional certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF or FinOps are welcomed, but they’re not essential if you’ve gained equivalent experience through your career.What’s on offerA highly visible architecture role with enterprise-wide impactOpportunity to shape long-term cloud and infrastructure strategyHybrid working based in LondonExposure to modern Microsoft technologies, AI initiatives and large-scale transformation programmesA collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged and innovation is valuedWe know that no candidate ticks every box.Research shows that some people are less likely to apply unless they meet every requirement.
