This includes overseeing Windows and Linux desktops, Windows server infrastructure (covering active directory, application deployment, clustered enterprise database systems, monitoring, and automated build systems), audio-visual deployments, LAN, internet, WiFi network environments, and various enterprise applications (email, third-party productivity tools, finance-specific applications).
