Lead IAM Engineer (Okta) London to 95kDo you have expertise with Identity Access Management combined with technical and project leadership skills You could be joining a global, financial Market Data provider whilst enjoying a range of perks and benefits.As a Lead IAM Engineer you will drive the strategy, architecture and evolution of a modern identity platform spanning Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Active Directory.Leading a talented team of IAM engineers, you'll define engineering standards, mentor colleagues and help build a culture of technical excellence while remaining closely involved in the design and delivery of enterprise scale IAM solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping the IAM roadmap, leading architecture discussions and delivering secure, scalable platforms that support critical business services across the organisation.Working in a fast paced Agile environment, you'll design and implement modern authentication and identity governance solutions, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle automation and application integrations using Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and SCIM.
