Through growth, they are looking to make their first IT & Software hire.In this role you will take an engineering lead on taking an exciting idea from concept all the way through to being a functional product. This is currently a blank canvas, and you can implement your own operational processes, programming languages, frameworks, and ideas to help shape and drive the company.The ideal candidate will be a Lead Software Engineer who has experience within software solutions and has experience creating a practical process & product from concept to completion.
