From rapid deployments to full transformations, you will provide integrated, cloud‐based ERP solutions that enable organizations to adopt a more effective way of working.In this role, you will help clients maximize the value of their Workday investment by:Participating in all phases of the Workday Procure to Pay implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deploymentParticipating in all phases of the Workday Expenses implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deploymentWorking with clients to understand business needs, translate them into Workday configurations, and provide expert guidance on best practicesConfiguring Workday modules to meet business requirements related to financial accounting, statutory reporting, and country‐specific needs in global Workday Financials deploymentsIdentifying strategies, risks, and options, and recommending approaches and mitigation measures to meet functional and client needsCollaborating with cross‐functional teams (finance, IT, project management) to ensure seamless integration of Procure to Pay and/or Expenses processes with other modules and systemsProviding guidance and mentoring to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to develop their skillsAdvising clients on industry standards and best practicesPresenting design options through prototypingUnderstanding and applying Workday and Accenture Workday methodologiesProviding progress updates to the stream leadDemonstrating strong client and stakeholder management skills to achieve project objectivesIdeally, you have strong financial experience and several years of experience working on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role, leading and driving the Workday agenda.You are motivated, solution‐oriented, and able to work independently to find answers. You have experience managing and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
