What You'll DoIn this hybrid engineering + architectural role, you will:Own and evolve the enterprise identity & infrastructure strategyBuild and deliver roadmaps, principles, guardrails, and operational patternsLead the design, build and operation of the organisation's next-gen platformDrive adoption of Infrastructure‐as‐Code and automation (Terraform, Ansible, GitLab)Partner closely with Security and Architecture to ensure a secure, evergreen, resilient platformAct as a senior technical authority during incidents, outages, and complex engineering challengesSupport the shift to a modern "as‐a‐service" infrastructure modelContribute directly to a multi‐year transformation across cloud, data centre, identity, and automationThis is not a detached architect role, you will stay close to the technology, get hands-on when needed, and influence key strategic decisions.
