Working alongside senior leaders, strategic partners and specialist delivery teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.What You'll Be DoingDrive End-to-End Programme DeliveryYou'll lead the successful implementation of Project Falcon from design through to deployment, ensuring every workstream remains aligned to a single integrated solution vision.Key responsibilities include:Owning the integrated programme baseline across business design, SAP ECC, Salesforce, interfaces, data, testing and deployment activitiesLeading cross-functional teams through design, build, validation, pilot and rollout phasesEnsuring approved requirements are translated into high-quality, deployment-ready solutionsDriving alignment across customer, operations, logistics, finance and technology stakeholdersResolving complex cross-workstream challenges and escalating critical decisions where requiredProviding clear programme leadership, governance and reporting to the Programme Director and Steering CommitteeAssure Quality, Readiness and AdoptionYou'll be accountable for maintaining delivery integrity throughout the programme lifecycle, ensuring every release is fully tested, integrated and ready for operational use.You'll:Lead integrated testing across system, integration, end-to-end, regression and user acceptance testingOversee critical defect resolution across business and technology teamsEnsure robust traceability from requirements through to design, configuration, testing and acceptanceGovern deployment readiness, cutover planning and phased rollout executionProtect customer service, operational continuity and business performance during implementationLead, Influence and InspireThis role requires a highly credible leader capable of bringing together senior stakeholders, specialist workstream leads and strategic suppliers around a common goal.You'll:Build and develop a high-performing programme teamDrive accountability, collaboration and delivery excellence across multiple functionsInfluence executive stakeholders and communicate complex decisions with clarityRepresent Project Falcon with Tarmac leadership, CRH and strategic partnersAct as a visible champion for one of the organisation's most important transformation programmesWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking an accomplished programme leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to turn strategy into successful delivery.Essential ExperienceExtensive experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programmesProven success delivering complex system implementations across design, build, integration, testing and deploymentExperience managing multiple business and technical workstreams, suppliers and rollout phasesStrong background in solution assurance, systems integration, data migration and deployment readinessDemonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, governance and executive reportingExperience leading systems integrators, software vendors and delivery partners to agreed outcomes and quality standardsHighly DesirableERP-enabled transformation experienceEnterprise integration, data conversion and testing expertiseKnowledge of supply chain, logistics, Order & Dispatch or operationally critical environmentsExperience with SAP, Salesforce or large-scale enterprise platformsQualificationsDegree qualified in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experienceMSP, PgMP, PMP or similar programme management qualificationAdditional qualifications in architecture, business analysis, testing, change management or IT service management would be advantageousWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou're someone who:Delivers results through complexityTakes ownership and drives accountabilityThinks end-to-end and understands system-wide impactsChallenges constructively to improve outcomesBuilds trust and influence at senior levelsMaintains focus under pressureCreates clarity, alignment and momentum across large teamsThis is more than a programme leadership role.
