You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all non-contract service enquiries, supporting customers with customised technical solutions and quotations tailored to their operational needs.Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, CAD, and Project Delivery teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are technically aligned, commercially accurate, and delivered successfully.This role offers excellent exposure across EMEA along with strong opportunities for career progression and professional development within a rapidly growing service business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for service sales enquiries, including customer requirements definition, scoping, and solution developmentAttend pre-sales meetings and site visits as requiredDevelop bills of materials, labour estimations, and quotation documentation; review for technical accuracy before issueCollaborate cross-functionally with CAD, Production, and Project Delivery to ensure technical alignmentSupport delivery of non-contract projects, monitoring timelines and margins and escalating issues as neededMaintain quotation templates, pricing tools, and project tracking systemsBuild strong working relationships across departments and stakeholdersEssential:Strong technical knowledge of LV SwitchgearAbility to read and interpret engineering technical drawingsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and prioritisation abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslySelf-motivated and proactive approach to problem solvingCollaborative mindset with strong leadership capabilityWillingness to travel as requiredDesirable:Experience working within a service environmentKnowledge of MV SwitchgearWork EnvironmentThis is primarily an office-based role located in Burnfoot, with occasional travel to customer sites and other Vertiv locations as required.
