QA Test Analyst 1 (VR)
Q Analysts are looking for a Test Analyst who is experienced with accessibility testing for a project with one of its Clients who are leading organisation in the Virtual Reality work spaces. The client is revolutionising the remote working norm by merging it with virtual reality. We are looking for someone with accessibility testing skills on PC, mobile or standalone devices preferably Android based and Web. Role focuses on manual testing of the functionality for our Client's current and future products. This is a 40 hour per week role based in London.Responsibilities include:Experience with accessibility testingExecute test casesCreate new and edit existing test casesRaise new bugs and review bug reports from other team membersBug fix verificationEnd to end testing from hardware to softwareRequirement analysisAssisting junior team membersAssisting other teams with their testing during downtimeReporting to the test lead and CSMSkills:Accessibility testing expertise with mobile (iOS & Android), PC (Mac & Windows) and Web applications and devices Experience with a commonly used Software Test Management System such as Jira, Bugzilla, TestRail, etc.Sound knowledge of assistive technologies (such as JAWS, NVDA)Experience testing against the WCAG guidelinesExcellent deductive reasoning and attention to detailClear, accurate and succinct verbal and written communicationUnderstanding of the software development processAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and learn new tools and technologiesWorking both independently and as part of a team and be able to contribute positively to the entire teamInitiative to improve quality and investigate any issues furtherExperience installing and uninstalling using ADB commands – preferred but not required Education/Experience: 2+ years of experience in a QA or related roleAbout Q AnalystsJoin Q Analysts and become part of a world-class organization.
