Role Overview:We are looking for a Resilience Architect to join our consulting practice, supporting clients in designing, assessing and enhancing their resilience capabilities. This is a client-facing role requiring a blend of technical depth, regulatory awareness and strong advisory skills. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape resilience strategies, uplift capabilities and embed best practices across complex organisations.Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor on enterprise resilience strategy, frameworks, and best practicesChampion and evangelise resilience across client organisations and within the consulting practice, influencing technical and business stakeholdersConduct current-state assessments of infrastructure and organisational resilience capabilitiesDefine and deliver resilience uplift programmes, including roadmap development and prioritisationProvide expertise in infrastructure resilience controls, cloud resilience design (AWS/Azure), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR)Facilitate workshops and working sessions with client teams across technology, operations, and business functionsAnalyse complex environments across technology, processes, and people, translating findings into clear recommendationsProduce high-quality deliverables, communicate with senior and regulatory stakeholders, and support sales, proposals, and thought leadershipAbout the Candidate:Strong consulting mindset with experience delivering in client-facing rolesRecognised expertise in enterprise, operational, or infrastructure resilienceProven experience assessing and improving resilience controls across infrastructure environmentsHands-on experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks, testing, and executionExperience with public cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including resilience design considerations, and enterprise backup and recovery toolsetsUnderstanding of enterprise architecture and/or business process design within infrastructure or hosting domainsAbility to navigate complex and ambiguous problems, work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, and translate technical detail into business-focused insights, supported by strong communication and storytelling skillsExperience within Financial Services, including Operational Resilience programmes, Important Business Services (IBS), Impact Tolerances (ITOL), and regulatory engagement, as well as prior experience in a consultancy or advisory firm, would be beneficialAWS certification or demonstrable deep platform knowledge, along with working knowledge of networking fundamentals, incident management frameworks (e.g. ITIL), and observability and monitoring tooling, would be advantageousReply is an Equal Opportunities Employer and committed to embracing diversity in the workplace.
