You will work in an agile, self-organized team that actively drives innovation in the field of artificial intelligence. Collaboration is characterized by close communication, joint architecture and design phases, pair programming, and regular reviews. We place great importance on robust, secure, and maintainable software.At the same time, you will work directly with business departments to develop practical, value-adding AI solutions. From a technology perspective, we work with Python, Java/Kotlin, Angular, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes, as well as current AI models through Vertex AI and Azure AI Foundry.The role offers you significant creative freedom: you will establish AI applications within productive banking processes and act as an AI knowledge multiplier across other development teams – through workshops, technical consulting, and hands-on enablement.
