Ares Digital Infrastructure has built a large portfolio of data center assets globally, recently completing its inaugural US$2.4 billion data center development fund in Japan. ADI is supported by Ada Infrastructure, its wholly-owned global data center operating platform. Ada Infrastructure provides development, leasing, asset management, facilities management, security, and other customer services to ADI’s data center asset portfolio.The team is seeking an Senior Associate in London who will support the oversight and execution of ADI’s digital infrastructure investment and fund activities through financial analysis, evaluation of asset and fund performance, and hands‐on involvement in reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining models and projections, enhancing data and analytics infrastructure, and partnering across teams to deliver clear insights to internal stakeholders and investors.Responsibilities include:Create and maintain fund financial modelsLead the preparation of reporting materials for the Ares Digital Infrastructure Senior Leadership Team and external stakeholdersPerform in depth portfolio and asset financial analysisConduct macroeconomic and market researchParticipate in the quarterly valuation process preparing supporting calculations and analysisSupport fund budgeting process including capital projections for existing assets, equity raise forecasts, and deployment projections.Work with finance, technology and investor relations teams to build and maintain data systems and dashboardsQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with excellent academic recordExperience Required: 3-5 years of commercial real estate (investment, asset management, valuation), investment banking, private equity, or consulting experienceGeneral Requirements:Self-motivated and driven; ability to work effectively in a collegial, fast moving, demanding, dynamic and global businessProficiency with accounting fundamentals and financial analysis.Fluent spoken and written communication in English.Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong technical skills and ability to build complex operating modelsExcellent research and due diligence skills with an aptitude for numeracyExceptional interpersonal skills as well as being a team playerEvidence of intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, and adaptabilitySolid organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to prioritizeImpeccable integrity and trustworthinessReporting RelationshipsManaging Director, Head of Portfolio Management, Digital InfrastructureThere is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
