You’ll work on cutting-edge platform implementations, leveraging ServiceNow and modern engineering practices to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.What you’ll have the opportunity to do as a ServiceNow Technical ArchityectDevelop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc.)Build and implement custom applications, workflows and integrations using JavaScript and APIsDesign and develop scalable platform architectures aligned to best practicesCreate and maintain efficient delivery pipelines and deployment processesWork with integrations and third-party systems to deliver connected solutionsEnsure quality through testing, code reviews and development standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environmentContribute to platform performance, governance, and continuous improvementAbout the CandidateThe right ServiceNow Technical Architect should have:Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations (ideally 3+ end-to-end projects)Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript)Exposure to multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or similarExperience working with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systemsUnderstanding of modern ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilitiesExperience working in Agile or DevOps environmentsStrong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environmentsWhat’s in it for you Salary from 60,000 – 75,000Hybrid working25+ days holidayStrong benefits packageOngoing training and developmentReference: AMC/DMI/SNA#damcApply for this vacancyYour CV will be sent to the selected department.
