Whether you’re early in your journey or bringing years of experience, we’ll support you with the tools, flexibility, and opportunities to thrive.Win as a TeamThis role can be based from Liverpool, Manchester, Horsham or Glasgow.As the Solution Data Architect you will be reporting to the Lead Solution Data Architect, playing a key role in designing robust, scalable and compliant data architectures., working closely with enterprise architects, the Chief Data Office, technology teams and business stakeholders.You'll make an impact by:Designing and delivering high‐quality solution data architectures aligned to enterprise standardsDeveloping and maintaining solution data models, dictionaries and integration designsSupporting canonical data exchange across strategic systemsActing as the project‐level data architecture lead, providing trusted guidance to stakeholdersEmbedding data governance and Data Protection by Design principlesContributing to the continuous improvement of data architecture practices and patternsYour skills and experience:Advanced data modelling and architectural design skillsHands‐on experience with data modelling tools is essential. Erwin would be highly beneficialExcellent understanding of data integration patterns, middleware and database technologiesKnowledge of data protection, governance frameworks and secure design practicesFamiliarity with Microsoft Purview or other enterprise data catalogue platformsExperience with master and reference data management tools (e.g. Ataccama, Profisee – desirable)Working knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Databricks and Power BIExcellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skillsExperience delivering solution‐level data architecture across complex projects and programmesExperience producing data impact assessments, guidance and reusable design patternsWhy you'll love it hereBeing part of our team means you’ll have the support and freedom to bring your best self to work each day.
