Sr. Project Manager

As Project Manager, you'll be the orchestrator turning statements of work into real, high-impact learning experiences: from a single instructor-led class to year-long, multi-technology academies that transform how entire organizations build skills.You'll own delivery end-to-end (discovery through post-training evaluation) partnering closely with Account Executives, instructors, and clients to make sure every program lands on time, on budget, and above expectations. You are aware that high-performing teams are only as strong as their weakest link.You believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback from others.What you’ll do:Accountable for the successful delivery of any project or program, measured by quality and satisfaction scoresOversee the entire delivery process, from the execution of the SOW through communication of evaluation scores to the client organizationParticipate in pre-sale discovery calls with sales, clients, instructors, as neededDrive the continuous improvement of the delivery process to help build scalable processes and infrastructureAct as an expert in technical training delivery for the client and sales teamsContinually meet deadlines for all tasks associated with assigned projects and clientsCollaborate with Account Executives to ensure projects and programs are scoped accurately and the required resources are available and prepared for deliveryPartner with internal teams to communicate upcoming technology and resource needs to support adequate staffingWork with the client and instructor to determine tech set up requirements and organize cloud-based solutionsActively manage ongoing client projects and programs with weekly calls, quarterly business reviews, and technical training plans and schedules spanning from weeks to a full yearProject budgetary and profitability responsibilityBuild relationships with clients in order to inspire confidence in ability to execute high-quality programsExperience you’ll bring:Experience in project/program managementAbility to organize workload, and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects at one timeExperience with facilitation and conflict resolutionAbility to communicate well with internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:PMP certification is not required, but preferredAI Literacy is not required, but preferredBachelor’s degree with 4+ years professional experience in project/program management4+ years customer engagement or customer success experienceHybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
