Tax ManagerPosition OverviewWe are looking for a Tax Manager to join our Finance function in London. If you have any questions after applying, please reach out to our recruitment team.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you can expect to:Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including tax calculations, returns and disclosuresManage relationships with external tax advisers and authorities, group tax teams and liaising with HMRC when necessarySupport tax risk management and tax planning activities and keep up to date with local tax legislationDealing with compliance across multiple tax areas, including VAT, PAYE, CT, WHT, Transfer PricingEnsure compliance with all statutory filing obligations.Lead the tax relevant work around acquisitions, restructurings and other corporate transactions.Develop internal controls around different areas of tax to foster a high performance culture.What Success Looks LikeEnsure that Advania UK remains tax compliantEnsuring that tax calculations, returns and disclosures are made accurately and within deadlinesWorking collaboratively and constructively with the stakeholders in the business across tax risk management and tax planningQualifications & ExperienceQualified accountant (ACA or ACCA).Significant corporate tax and indirect tax experience within a practice or industry setting.Ability to interpret complex technical matters and communicate clearly.Ideally experience of working withing a large multi-entity or group environment.About Us:We are the tech company with people at heart.At Advania, we believe in empowering people to create sustainable value through the clever use of technology.
